The CTB16PC comes with the high power heatsink, which can handle 8 amps per channel, 15 amps per side (Outputs 1-8 are one side, 9-16 the other), and 30 amps total.
For standard incandescent lights: 100 count mini lights are about 0.34 amps, 25 C9s about 1.46 amps, and 50 C7s about 2.08 amps.
